菜系及功效:美国菜谱 SHORT-RIBS IN HOT ZESTY SAUCE的制作材料: 主料:3-4 pieces of shart ribs; 2 shallots(sliced); 1 tsp minced garlic; a stalk of broccoli.腌 料 : 1 tbsp light soya sauce; a pinch of pepper;1/2 tbsp wine;1 tsp cornstarch.调味料 : 1 tbsp garlic-chili sauce;1/2 sugar; 1/2 tsp light soya sauce; 1tbsp water; a dash of sesame oil. 教您SHORT-RIBS IN HOT ZESTY SAUCE怎么做,如何做SHORT-RIBS IN HOT ZESTY SAUCE才好吃 1) Cut short ribs into chunks and blend in marinade. 2) pre-heat frying pan for 5 mintues and brown short ribs with 2 tbsp oil till both sides are brown. 3) Sprinkle shallots and garlic over short ribs and microware ingredients at HIGH for 1 minute on each side. 4)Blend seasoning and ingredients. Pour over short ribs. Microwave ingredients for another minute and dish up. 5) Trim and rinse broccoli, blend with some oil ,sugar and salt,splash 2 tbsp water and cover it with cling food wrap. Microware broccoli at HIGH for 2 mintues. Serve as a side dish. |
