| 中文 | （大卫的诗，交与伶长）我曾耐性等候耶和华。他垂听我的呼求。 |
| 英文 | I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. |

| 中文 | 他从祸坑里，从淤泥中，把我拉上来，使我的脚立在磐石上，使我脚步稳当。 |
| 英文 | He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. |

| 中文 | 他使我口唱新歌，就是赞美我们神的话。许多人必看见而惧怕，并要倚靠耶和华。 |
| 英文 | And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD. |

| 中文 | 那倚靠耶和华，不理会狂傲和偏向虚假之辈的，这人便为有福。 |
| 英文 | Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. |

| 中文 | 耶和华我的神阿，你所行的奇事，并你向我们所怀的意念甚多，不能向你陈明。若要陈明，其事不可胜数。 |
| 英文 | Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered. |

| 英文 | Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required. |

| 英文 | I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. |

| 中文 | 我在大会中宣传公义的佳音。我必不止住我的嘴唇。耶和华阿，这是你所知道的。 |
| 英文 | I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest. |

| 中文 | 我未曾把你的公义藏在心里。我已陈明你的信实，和你的救恩。我在大会中未曾隐瞒你的慈爱，和诚实。 |
| 英文 | I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation. |

| 中文 | 耶和华阿，求你不要向我止住你的慈悲。愿你的慈爱和诚实，常常保佑我。 |
| 英文 | Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me. |

| 中文 | 因有无数的祸患围困我。我的罪孽追上了我，使我不能昂首。这罪孽比我的头发还多。我就心寒胆战。 |
| 英文 | For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me. |

| 英文 | Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me. |

| 中文 | 愿那些寻梢我，要灭我命的，一同抱愧蒙羞。愿那些喜悦我受害的，退后受辱。 |
| 英文 | Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil. |

| 英文 | Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha. |

| 中文 | 愿一切寻求你的，因你高兴欢喜。愿那些喜爱你救恩的，常说，当尊耶和华为大。 |
| 英文 | Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified. |

| 中文 | 但我是困苦穷乏的，主仍顾念我。你是帮助我的，搭救我的。神阿，求你不要耽延。 |
| 英文 | But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God. |
