第1段

中文 唉,亚利伊勒,亚利伊勒,大卫安营的城。任凭你年上加年,节期照常周流。
英文 Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt! add ye year to year; let them kill sacrifices.

第2段

中文 我终必使亚利伊勒困难。他必悲伤哀号,我却仍以他为亚利伊勒。
英文 Yet I will distress Ariel, and there shall be heaviness and sorrow: and it shall be unto me as Ariel.

第3段

中文 我必四围安营攻击你,屯兵围困你,筑垒攻击你。
英文 And I will camp against thee round about, and will lay siege against thee with a mount, and I will raise forts against thee.

第4段

中文 你必败落,从地中说话。你的言语必微细出于尘埃。你的声音必像那交鬼者的声音出于地。你的言语低低微微出于尘埃。
英文 And thou shalt be brought down, and shalt speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust, and thy voice shall be, as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust.

中文 你仇敌的群众,却要像细尘,强暴人的群众,也要像飞糠。这事必顷刻之间忽然临到。
英文 Moreover the multitude of thy strangers shall be like small dust, and the multitude of the terrible ones shall be as chaff that passeth away: yea, it shall be at an instant suddenly.

中文 万军之耶和华必用雷轰,地震,大声,旋风,暴风,并吞灭的火焰,向他讨罪。
英文 Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire.

第7段

中文 那时,攻击亚利伊勒列国的群众,就是一切攻击亚利伊勒和他的保障,并使他困难的,必如梦景,如夜间的异象。
英文 And the multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel, even all that fight against her and her munition, and that distress her, shall be as a dream of a night vision.

中文 又必像饥饿的人,梦中吃饭,醒了仍觉腹空。或像口渴的人,梦中喝水,醒了仍觉发昏,心里想喝。攻击锡安山列国的群众,也必如此。免费
英文 It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that fight against mount Zion.

中文 你们等候惊奇吧。你们宴乐昏迷吧。他们醉了,却非因酒。他们东倒西歪,却非因浓酒。
英文 Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.

中文 因为耶和华将沉睡的灵,浇灌你们,封闭你们的眼,蒙盖你们的头。你们的眼,就是先知。你们的头,就是先见。
英文 For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.

第11段

中文 所有的默示你们看如封住的书卷。人将这书卷交给识字的,说,请念吧。他说,我不能念,因为是封住了。
英文 And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:

中文 又将这书卷交给不识字的人,说,请念吧。他说,我不识字。
英文 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

第13段

中文 主说,因为这百姓亲近我,用嘴唇尊敬我,心却远离我。他们敬畏我,不过是领受人的吩咐。
英文 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

第14段

中文 所以我在这百姓中要行奇妙的事,就是奇妙又奇妙的事。他们智慧人的智慧,必然消灭,聪明人的聪明,必然隐藏。
英文 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

第15段

中文 祸哉,那些向耶和华深藏谋略的,又在暗中行事,说,谁看见我们呢。谁知道我们呢。
英文 Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?

中文 你们把事颠倒了,岂可看窑匠如泥吗。被制作的物,岂可论制作物的说,他没有制作我。或是被创造的物论造物的说,他没有聪明。免费
英文 Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?

第17段

中文 黎巴嫩变为肥田,肥田看如树林,不是只有一点点时候吗。
英文 Is it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest?

第18段

中文 那时,聋子必听见这书上的话。瞎子的眼,必从迷蒙黑暗中得以看见。
英文 And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.

第19段

中文 谦卑人,必因耶和华增添欢喜。人间贫穷的,必因以色列的圣者快乐。
英文 The meek also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

第20段

中文 因为强暴人已归无有。亵慢人已经灭绝。一切找机会作孽的,都被剪除。
英文 For the terrible one is brought to nought, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:

第21段

中文 他们在争讼的事上,定无罪的为有罪,为城门口责备人的,设下网罗,用虚无的事,屈枉义人。
英文 That make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of nought.

第22段

中文 所以救赎亚伯拉罕的耶和华,论雅各家如此说,雅各必不再羞愧,面容也不至变色。
英文 Therefore thus saith the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale.

第23段

中文 但他看见他的众子,就是我手的工作,在他那里,他们必尊我的名为圣,必尊雅各的圣者为圣,必敬畏以色列的神。
英文 But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.

第24段

中文 心中迷糊的,必得明白,发怨言的,必受训诲。
英文 They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding, and they that murmured shall learn doctrine.
