第1段

中文 耶稣在一个地方祷告。祷告完了,有个门徒对他说,求主教导我们祷告,像约翰教导他的门徒。
英文 And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

中文 耶稣说,你们祷告的时候,要说,我们在天上的父,有古卷只作父阿愿人都尊你的名为圣。愿你的国降临。愿你的旨意行在地上,如同行在天上。有古卷无愿你的旨意云云
英文 And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

中文 我们日用的饮食,天天赐给我们。
英文 Give us day by day our daily bread.

第4段

中文 赦免我们的罪,因为我们也赦免凡亏欠我们的人。不叫我们遇见试探。救我们脱离凶恶。有古卷无末句
英文 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

第5段

中文 耶稣又说,你们中间谁有一个朋友,半夜到他那里去说,朋友,请借给我三个饼。
英文 And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;

第6段

中文 因为我有一个朋友行路,来到我这里,我没有什么给他摆上。
英文 For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?

第7段

中文 那人在里面回答说,不要搅扰我。门已经关闭,孩子们也同我在床上了。我不能起来给你。
英文 And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee.

第8段

中文 我告诉你们,虽不因他是朋友起来给他,但因他情词迫切的直求,就必起来照他所需用的给他。
英文 I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

第9段

中文 我又告诉你们,你们祈求就给你们。寻梢就寻见。叩门就给你们开门。
英文 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

第10段

中文 因为凡祈求的就得着。寻梢的就寻见。叩门的就给他开门。
英文 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

第11段

中文 你们中间作父亲的,谁有儿子求饼,反给他石头呢。求鱼,反拿蛇当鱼给他呢。免费
英文 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?

第12段

中文 求鸡蛋,反给他蝎子呢。
英文 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?

中文 你们虽然不好,尚且知道拿好东西给儿女。何况天父,岂不更将圣灵给求他的人吗。免费
英文 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

第14段

中文 耶稣赶出一个叫人哑吧的鬼。鬼出去了,哑吧就说出话来众人都希奇。
英文 And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake; and the people wondered.

第15段

中文 内中却有人说,他是靠着鬼王别西卜赶鬼。
英文 But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.

第16段

中文 又有人试探耶稣,向他求从天上来的神迹。
英文 And others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven.

第17段

中文 他晓得他们的意念,便对他们说,凡一国自相分争,就成为荒场。凡一家自相分争,就必败落。
英文 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.

第18段

中文 若撒但自相分争,他的国怎能站得住呢。因为你们说我是靠着别西卜赶鬼。
英文 If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.

第19段

中文 我若靠着别西卜赶鬼,你们的子弟赶鬼,又靠着谁呢。这样,他们就要断定你们的是非。
英文 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.

第20段

中文 我若靠着神的能力赶鬼,这就是神的国临到你们了。
英文 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.

中文 壮士披挂整齐,看守自己的住宅,他所有的都平安无事。免费
英文 When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:

第22段

中文 但有一个比他更壮的来,胜过他,就夺去他所依靠的盔甲兵器,又分了他的赃。免费
英文 But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.

第23段

中文 不与我相合的,就是敌我的。不同我收聚的,就是分散的。
英文 He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

第24段

中文 污鬼离了人身,就在无水之地,过来过去,寻求安歇之处。既寻不着,便说,我要回到我所出来的屋里去。免费
英文 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

中文 到了,就看见里面打扫乾净,修饰好了。
英文 And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.

中文 便去另带了七个比自己更恶的鬼来,都进去住在那里。那人末后的景况,比先前更不好了。
英文 Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

中文 耶稣正说这话的时候,众人中间,有一个女人大声说,怀你胎的和乳养你的有福了。
英文 And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

第28段

中文 耶稣说,是却还不如听神之道而遵守的人有福。
英文 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

第29段

中文 当众人聚集的时后,耶稣开讲说,这世代是一个邪恶的世代。他们求看神迹,除了约拿的神迹以外,再没有神迹给他们看。
英文 And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.

中文 约拿怎样为尼尼微人成了神迹,人子也要照样为这世代的人成了神迹。
英文 For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.

第31段

中文 当审判的时候,南方的女王,要起来定这世代的罪。因为他从地极而来,要听所罗门的智慧话。看哪,在这里有一人比所罗门更大。
英文 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

中文 当审判的时候,尼尼微人,要起来定这世代的罪。因为尼尼微人听了约拿所传的,就悔改了。看哪,在这里有一人比约拿更大。
英文 The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

中文 没有人点灯放在地窨子里,或是斗底下,总是放在灯台上,使进来的人看得见亮光。
英文 No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.

中文 你眼睛就是身上的灯,你的眼睛若了亮,全身就光明。眼睛若昏花,全身就黑暗。
英文 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

第35段

中文 所以你要省察,恐怕你里头的光,或者黑暗了。
英文 Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.

第36段

中文 若是你全身光明,毫无黑暗,就必全然光明,如同灯的明光照亮你。
英文 If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

第37段

中文 说话的时候,有一个法利赛人请耶稣同他吃饭。耶稣就进去坐席。
英文 And as he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.

第38段

中文 这法利赛人看见耶稣饭前不洗手,便诧异。
英文 And when the Pharisee saw it, he marvelled that he had not first washed before dinner.

第39段

中文 主对他说,如今你们法利赛人洗净杯盘的外面。你们里面却满了勒索和邪恶。
英文 And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.

第40段

中文 无知的人哪,造外面的,不也造里面吗。
英文 Ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?

第41段

中文 只要把里面的施舍给人,凡物于你们就都洁净了。
英文 But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.

第42段

中文 你们法利赛人有祸了。因为你们将薄荷芸香,并各样菜蔬,献上十分之一,那公义和爱神的事,反倒不行了。这原是你们当行的,那也是不可不行的。
英文 But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

中文 你们法利赛人有祸了。因为你们喜爱会堂里的首位,又喜爱人在街市上问你们的安。
英文 Woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye love the uppermost seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the markets.

第44段

中文 你们有祸了。因为你们如同不显露的坟墓,走在上面的人并不知道。
英文 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them.

第45段

中文 律法师中有一个回答耶稣说,夫子,你这样说,也把我们糟塌了。
英文 Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying thou reproachest us also.

第46段

中文 耶稣说,你们律法师也有祸了。因为你们把难担的担子,放在人身上,自己一个指头却不肯动。
英文 And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

第47段

中文 你们有祸了。因为你们修造先知的坟墓,那先知正是你们的祖宗所杀的。免费
英文 Woe unto you! for ye build the sepulchres of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.

第48段

中文 可见你们的祖宗所作的事,你们又证明又喜欢。因为他们杀了先知,你们修造先知的坟墓。
英文 Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.

第49段

中文 所以神用智慧曾说,用智慧或作的智者我要差遣先知和使徒,到他们那里去。有的他们要杀害,有的他们要逼迫。
英文 Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:

第50段

中文 使创世以来,所流众先知血的罪,都要问在这世代的人身上。
英文 That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;

第51段

中文 就是从亚伯的血起,直到被杀在坛和殿中间撒迦利亚的血为止。我实在告诉你们,这都要问在这世代的人身上。
英文 From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias, which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.

第52段

中文 你们律法师有祸了。因为你们把知识的钥匙夺了去。自己不进去,正要进去的人,你们也阻挡他们。
英文 Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.

第53段

中文 耶稣从那里出来,文士和法利赛人,就极力的催逼他,引动他多说话。
英文 And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:

第54段

中文 私下窥听,要拿他的话柄。
英文 Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him.
